Major process industries and filter manufacturers use general-purpose filter media worldwide. Their uses range from small laboratory analytical scale, right through to large industrial clarification applications which employ Plate & Frame or Horizontal Plate Filter presses. They are to found in a variety of processes and plants such as chemical, pharmaceutical, beverage, food, mining, precious metal recovery, and effluent, to name but a few.
