Effective Laboratory Supplies manufactures to customers specifications as shown in the picture above. The mill consists of a mild steel support frame to which is attached a swivel drive unit that rotates a 250mm dia x 250mm long stainless steel ball mill.
To facilitate loading and discharging of the Mill; the mill/drive assay is mounted on a swivel base operated by a latching lever that positions the Mill for loading, grinding and discharging.
A stainless steel discharge chute is provided with a removable stainless steel grip, so that the ground sample can fall through the grid into a sample collection bucket and the grinding media can be retained on the grid for re-loading for the next batch.
An electronic variable speed control unit controls the drive of the Mill.
Effective Laboratory Supplies has four standard drive rolls for leaching tests, ball and rod mills.
Fixed gap with 2 or 3 rollers

The variable models are perfect for laboratories using their drive rolls for a number of different applications or different size mills.
All models come with rubber rollers for improved grip, powder coated mild steel box and an enclosed motor.
Variable speed option and timers are available on request.
We also supply a double deck or single deck heated mill mixers. Temperatures are controlled separately in each bath and range from ambient to +- 80º dependant on room conditions`. All mounted within stainless steel bath with mild steel frame
